With canvases, that are visual representations of young peoples dreams and aspirations, and a storytelling wall, which memorializes the written accounts of their reality in motifs and symbols, DREAMS AND REALITY is a whimsical, yet relevant and sometimes sobering, examination of life in young America from a young persons perspective.

WITH FEELING is a collaboration with The Hope Family Center and the talented students of galleryGOMEZ' Creative Workshops for Kids
Students, ages 9 through 13, spent the first weeks of the 8 week workshop learning about typography and familiarizing themselves with the historical and literary representation of color in our culture. With this insight, students were asked to photograph images that represent something to them and silkscreen these images on paper. WITH FEELING combines their images to create impactful pieces of art that instinctively display intent, idea, technique and color and are an extension of our dynamic society.
WITH FEELING is a creative exercise in preparation and instinct with works of art that showcase our innate connection with symbols and colors and creates a visual language through placement and paint.
